Back in August we looked at this house & put an offer in but someone else got it. It ended up back on the market and Joe put an offer in for us only to be told there was another contract that day. Joe immediately put his skills to work & made sure our offer was seen & with two contracts ours was finally accepted! if Joe hadn’t been on top of this as much as he was this would have slipped through our fingers again. Even though there is so much work to be done on this home he assured us this was a good investment. Joe & his team are great, we went under contract & to settlement in less than 2 weeks.
